This credit is available to both individuals and businesses that pay property taxes on property they own in Nebraska.  The credit is equal to a percentage multiplied by the school district or community college tax paid on the property.  You qualify for this credit if you pay property taxes on the following property:

1. Your personal home

2. Rental properties

3. Commercial property

4. Farmland
